Double head electric shaver manufacturers

When evaluating technical performance, prioritize IPX7 waterproof ratings to ensure the device is suitable for both wet and dry shaving and easy cleaning. Look for independent floating cutter heads that adapt to facial contours, and ensure the blades are made of self-sharpening stainless steel or titanium-coated alloy for longevity. Additionally, check the motor speed (RPM); a high-speed motor above 7,000 RPM provides a smoother shave with less pulling.

For modern consumer markets, USB-C universal charging is a mandatory requirement for convenience. Ensure the shaver uses a Lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery rather than Ni-MH to avoid memory effects. A competitive product should offer at least 60 to 90 minutes of cordless runtime from a 1-hour fast charge. Always verify if the supplier provides overcharge and over-discharge protection circuits to ensure user safety.

To clear customs and ensure market legality, the product must hold CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications. For the North American market, UL or ETL listing for the charging components is highly recommended. If the product includes a built-in battery, the supplier must provide a valid UN38.3 test report and an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for air or sea freight compliance.

Most professional manufacturers on Made-in-China.com offer Private Label (OEM) services. This typically includes laser-engraved logos on the shaver body, customized CMYK printed packaging, and bespoke instruction manuals. For ODM projects, you can request modifications to the housing mold (ABS vs. Metal) or the integration of an LCD battery display screen, though this will involve higher Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ).

Implement a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) using AQL 2.5/4.0 standards. Request the inspector to perform a battery cycle test, a waterproof immersion test, and a noise level decibel check. Using Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading Service can also protect your payment until the inspection report is approved.

Negotiate based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Ask for a 1-2% spare parts allowance (extra cutter heads or charging cables) to be included in the bulk price to handle local warranty claims. For long-term partnerships, negotiate staggered pricing where the unit cost drops as your annual cumulative volume hits specific milestones.

Electric shavers are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) under Class 9 for shipping purposes. Ensure your freight forwarder is experienced in handling Section II of PI967 (batteries contained in equipment). To reduce costs, consider sea freight for large volumes, but ensure the master carton is double-walled (K=K) and uses moisture-proof inner lining to prevent electronic damage during transit.

Always verify the supplier's Business License and Audit Reports on Made-in-China.com. Avoid using untraceable payment methods; instead, use Letter of Credit (L/C) for large orders or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with a split payment structure (e.g., 30% deposit / 70% against Bill of Lading). Ensure the Proforma Invoice (PI) clearly states the warranty period, which should be at least 12 months.
