For high-value orders, hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to verify the steel thickness, motor brand authenticity, and welding quality before the final balance payment is made.

Focus on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Negotiate for wearing parts (extra dispersing discs, seals, and belts) to be included in the initial package. For large-scale equipment, request a staggered payment structure (e.g., 30% deposit, 60% after inspection, 10% after successful installation/commissioning) to ensure supplier accountability.

Industrial dissolvers are top-heavy; ensure the supplier uses seaworthy wooden crate packaging (IPPC fumigated) with internal steel wire bracing. Specify FOB or CIF terms clearly. If the machine exceeds standard container heights, you may need an Open Top (OT) container or Flat Rack. Ensure all electrical components are vacuum-packed to prevent sea-salt corrosion during transit.
