Fabric refresher spray manufacturers

A professional-grade fabric refresher should contain odor-neutralizing agents (such as zinc ricinoleate or cyclodextrin) rather than just masking scents. For B2B buyers, it is crucial to verify if the formula includes antibacterial or antimicrobial properties (like Benzalkonium Chloride) to eliminate odor-causing bacteria. Ensure the solvent base is fast-drying and residue-free to prevent staining on delicate textiles like silk or velvet.

Since these are chemical products, you must ensure the supplier provides a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and a Technical Data Sheet (TDS). For the US market, compliance with EPA regulations and VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) limits is essential. For the EU, products must adhere to REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) and CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) regulations to ensure consumer safety.

The trigger sprayer mechanism is a common failure point; look for suppliers offering leak-proof designs with 'on/off' locking features. For high-end retail, consider fine-mist continuous sprayers (aerosol-free) which provide better coverage. Ensure the bottle material is HDPE or PET plastic with sufficient thickness to prevent collapsing during high-altitude air transit or temperature fluctuations in sea containers.

Yes, most manufacturers on Made-in-China.com offer OEM/ODM services. You can customize the fragrance profile (e.g., linen, lavender, or unscented for hypoallergenic lines), concentration levels for industrial vs. household use, and private label packaging. For hospitality clients, request bulk gallon refills to reduce plastic waste and lower the total cost per liter.

Liquids are classified as 'sensitive goods' in cross-border trade. You must confirm if the product is categorized as Dangerous Goods (DG) or non-hazardous. Ensure the supplier provides a UN38.3 test report or a Certification for Safe Transport of Chemical Goods. Using a freight forwarder experienced in liquid logistics is vital to avoid customs seizures or carrier rejections at the port of origin.

Utilize Trade Resources on Made-in-China.com to verify the supplier's 'Audited Supplier' status. Always request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) by a third party like SGS or Intertek to test the pH value, scent consistency, and net volume. Never release the final 30-70% balance payment until the inspection report confirms the batch matches the approved gold sample.

Negotiate based on active ingredient concentration. A lower unit price often means a more diluted product, which increases your shipping cost per effective dose. Aim for tiered pricing based on annual volume rather than a single order. Ask the supplier to provide a breakdown of raw material costs vs. packaging costs to identify where savings can be made, such as switching to standard bottle shapes.

Check the HS Code (typically 3402 or 3824) for specific import duties in your country. Be aware of anti-dumping duties that may apply to chemical products from certain regions. Ensure all labels include the country of origin, ingredient list, and safety warnings in the destination country's official language to pass customs clearance without delays.
